Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company-wide business goals;
Develop plans to resolve customer complaints about products, services and the way sales staff work;
Build and develop customer system, plan to find new customers, maintain existing customer sources;
Build an effective and professional sales process to increase sales
Participating in the process of recruiting new employees, responsible for training, guiding, setting KPIs and monitoring the performance of the sales team;
Monitor, research and analyze trends as well as market fluctuations, regularly update features of new products and competitors;
Prepare reports on business results, sales and profits for the Board of Directors, and at the same time make forecasts related to business activities in the coming time.
Job requirements
·College degree or above majoring in business administration or other related disciplines.
Have experience working in the position of Salesperson or Team leader of fashion and garment salesor similar positions Minimum of five years of experience
Proficient in communication and presentation skills
Business acumen, knowledgeable about products and business fields (fashion, fashion, etc.)
