Job Description

Job details
• Deployment and Contract Management of approved bidding packages.
• Planning the construction part of the project in charge including construction, safety and environment of the projects in charge.
• Periodically report the project construction progress and take measures to complete the project on schedule.
• Ensure project implementation progress according to master plan with quality, budget and safety.
• Implement the project construction according to the approved schedule and the strategy of the corporation.
• Implement, monitor, urge and control the construction management of the projects in charge.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out the work
• Check and propose approval on the monthly payment request of the contractor, as well as the final settlement volume when completing the contracts
• Monitor and ensure the quality and labor safety of construction projects in the area.
• Detect and promptly handle problems and risks arising during project implementation.
• Participate in project evaluation and acceptance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
