Mission:
- Translating and communicating information between department heads and other departments in the company, manufacturing plants, suppliers, customers, shipping companies.
- Maintain contact with customers, resolve issues related to prices, orders, contracts,...
- Follow up on delivery schedule, ensure on-time delivery and handle problems arising when delivery.
