Job Description
Manage and coordinate the Director's daily schedule, including planning and arranging meetings, events and other meetings.
Draft, edit and process text documents such as emails, reports, presentations and other documents as required by the Director.
Participate with Director in internal meetings and customer meetings. Communicate professionally and assist in building and maintaining business relationships.
Handle and preserve important office documents and information, including employee records, customer records, and documents on company operations.
