Job Description

    Work content:
    -Answer the phone and forward to the requested department/department.
    - Arrange working time, appointment with partners, suppliers...
    - Prepare meeting rooms and print documents before each meeting.
    - Disseminate and supervise the implementation of company rules by employees.
    - Support company employees to complete administrative procedures.
    - Answer questions of employees during work.
    - Order office equipment.
    - Manage database of employees, customers, partners....
    - Book air tickets, hotels for employees who are sent on business trips.
    - Prepare income and expenditure reports for administrative activities and submit them periodically.
    - Welcoming and assisting customers to the company.
    - Act as an intermediary between the customer and the company.
    - Other tasks as directed by superiors.
    - In addition to the main work, in his free time, he can support the sales department. And this support job will account for 5% of the main job (no experience will be guided).

    Job requirements:
    1. Professional education level:
    - Graduated from Intermediate or higher in human resource management, office administration, human resources, law, administration.
    - Understand the management process and administrative procedures of the company.

    2. Skills:
    - Proficient in office.
    - Effective time management skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills. DTS
    - Good communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to organize and arrange work in a scientific way

    3. Experience:
