JOB DETAILS:

This position requires the ability to draft quotations, contracts, project documents and schedules, as well as to compile, analyze, and monitor project progress and overall project status.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare quotations, contracts, project documents, and schedules.
• Compile, analyze, and monitor project progress, and oversee the project's overall status.
• Assist the General Manager in monitoring and overseeing project milestones, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring project information is updated in a timely manner.
• Support project acceptance and final settlement, proactively follow up with clients to collect outstanding debts, and ensure cash flow.
• Storing and managing documents related to construction projects.
• Provide interpretation and translation services when needed.
• Participate in welcoming clients, supporting project development, and preparing bidding documents.
• Scheduling work and business trips, coordinating resources, and handling arising tasks for the General Director.

REQUEST:

• Female - University graduate (majoring in Chinese or related field), HSK 5 or higher, proficient in spoken, written, and reading Chinese (mandatory requirement).
• At least two years of experience in a similar position is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, able to work under high pressure, responsible, meticulous, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working at Chinese companies in Vietnam, especially in the field of electromechanical/low-voltage electrical/smart systems.
• In terms of skills, candidates need to have: proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in problem-solving.
• In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: proficient in the role of Assistant Manager, knowledge related to Office Administration, experience working with Office Staff, and understanding of Electrical Engineering.
