- Control, supervise and assist the CEO in evaluating the performance of the departments in the Group according to the plan. Summarize reports on the implementation of plans by departments on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Receive instructions from the General Director, assist the General Director in urging and supervising the implementation of work, strategies and plans of the Board of Directors of the Company and departments;
- Organizing activities such as: arranging meetings, attending meetings with the CEO, monitoring and urging the work under the direction of the CEO.
- Capture the operation status of all departments, regularly update to the CEO;
- Reviewing proposals and planning reports from Heads of Departments before submitting them to the CEO and advising the CEO to solve problems;
- Synthesize and evaluate the operation situation in the Company of the departments through the reports of the departments, report to the CEO;
- Advising and assisting the General Director to develop orientations and strategies for the Company's development;
- Researching new technology solutions to consult and apply to company operations;
- Support the CEO in internal and external relations of the company;
- Drafting documents, documents and official dispatches under the direction of the General Director; - Attending, recording and summarizing evaluation content of meetings to serve the management and administration.
- Other tasks requested by the General Director.
