JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ University degree or higher, priority given to majors in business administration
+ At least 1 to 3 years of experience in middle or senior management roles, at least 1 year as assistant to CEO
+ Ability to withstand pressure: Can work in high pressure environment, make quick decisions when necessary.
+Japanese: Good Japanese skills (~ N2; N1).
+ Good leadership and communication skills, flexible problem solving and strategic thinking.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Support the General Director (GDC) in daily work, ensuring all activities take place according to plan.
+ Coordinate the development and implementation of company strategies and goals based on the direction of the CEO.
+ Synthesize and promptly report important information, helping the CEO grasp the situation and make accurate decisions.
+ Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure completion with the best quality.
