Job Description

• Manage and organize company records and data, ensuring personnel information is updated accurately and promptly.
• Plan and organize internal events, coordinate with departments to organize networking programs.
• Support departments in coordinating work, handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrange schedules, meetings, conferences for the General Director, deploy and monitor work progress from superiors.
• Work with banking, travel and restaurant partners to organize the program.
• Fanpage management, building internal and external communication content, writing creative content.
• Review and approve home profiles before uploading to the system, verify information and manage quality.
• Quickly handle issues arising in operations, monitor progress and prepare periodic reports for the General Director and departments.
