Job duties- Order Management
- Summarize order data, summarize delivery schedule for each customer
- Enter order data from the beginning to the end of delivery on ERP software
- Check and order materials for orders
- Work with shipping lines and agents to book ships, place containers, and ship goods as planned
- Work directly with customers on shipping documents
- Make reports, send product samples and other instructions as ordered by superiors
