1. Schedule Arrangement: Manage the leader's schedule, including planning and coordinating staff appointments, client visits and business trips;
2. Meeting support: Support leaders in preparing and organizing meetings, recording meeting content and archiving; drafting and editing various types of documents such as official documents, reports, speeches, etc.;
3. Document management: Check and store daily documents, submit to leaders for approval; manage sending and receiving documents/emails;
4. Customer reception: Support leaders in receiving customers, arranging meetings and related work, can complete work independently;
5. Handling daily work: Perform other tasks assigned by the leader.
REQUEST

1. College degree or higher;

2. Proficient in Chinese, priority given to candidates who know both English and Chinese;
