- Human resource management (responsible for employees in the store they manage: arranging work, arranging work schedules, recruiting, training, evaluating personnel, ...)
- Goods management: order goods, import and export management, asset management, restaurant equipment,...
- Promote revenue by target, manage costs (HR costs- COL, material costs- COG, ...)
- Ensure the best service quality for customers
- Implement activities to increase revenue and restaurant brand image.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
