JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for supporting machinery projects, from receiving customer requirements to coordinating and developing suitable filling/packaging machine solutions. Simultaneously, you will prepare quotations and contracts, track orders, and manage accounts receivable.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Machinery project support: Receiving customer requirements; coordinating with the technical department to provide filling/packaging machine solutions that suit production needs.
• Quotations & Contracts: Prepare detailed quotations; draft sales contracts and related technical documents (bilingual Vietnamese - Chinese).
• Order Tracking & Import: Contact the factory in China to track production progress; coordinate import procedures, and monitor the transportation of machines to the warehouse or delivery to the customer's factory.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Track and report payment progress at each stage of the project (Deposit – Machine Delivery – Acceptance).

REQUEST:

• Foreign languages:
  • Chinese: Proficient in all four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • English: The ability to communicate at a basic level or read and understand documents is a big plus.
• Education: Graduated from college/university with a major in Economics, International Trade, Languages, or related fields.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the machinery, industrial equipment, or import/export industry. (Recent graduates with quick thinking and a positive attitude are also accepted).
• Skill:
  • Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel).
  • Possesses business acumen, strong communication skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Be careful, meticulous, and serious in managing data and documents.
