Job details- Drafting, printing and storing business documents (quotations, sample sales contracts)
- Track quotes, orders, contracts
- Manage customer data, receive customer feedback.
- Contact customers at the request of sales staff.
- Fulfill orders with customers, check inventory quantity, make orders, import and export goods
- Issue invoices, make delivery notes and send goods to customers.
- Make import and export declarations
- Monitor debts and payments of customers and suppliers
- And some other jobs as requested by department heads and superiors.
