Job Description

WORK CONTENT
• Consulting via phone calls, chat for customers from advertising sources
• Taking care of customers through potential sales channels
• Direct consultation at CT
• Make a revenue target plan for each month, implement a business plan

Purpose of work
• Learn how to find and reach customers through social networks
• Understand the rules and understand the working process of a salesperson
• Know the skills needed to consult customers
• Know the skills of handling customer objections, taking care of customers
• Know the elements you need to create a business plan

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Age: From 20 to 26 years old
• Have a personal laptop
• No experience required. Will be trained from scratch
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, eager to learn and have a progressive spirit, passionate about business
• Have a clear goal and direction

REMUNERATION POLICY
• Well trained in Telesales, customer care, computer skills
• Fixed salary: 7,000,000 VND + % Revenue + Bonus
• Income: 10,000,000 VND - 15,000,000 VND Upto 35,000,000 VND
• Thoroughly trained in sales skills
• 1 year travel 2 times
