- Working in the office, managing the office
- Supervising the management processes and company rules.
- Manage records, papers, tools in the office.

- Ensure the equipment used in the office is in good working order; arrange with service providers to perform machine maintenance, order stationery, ink, other necessities.
- Arrange and provide all necessary items for new employees such as computers, stationery, workspace, cards, etc. Arrange working schedule/Organize meetings. Arrange work schedule.
- Plan the whole trip itinerary.

- Support and track logistics issues such as air tickets, visas, hotels, transportation.
- Prepare expense reports for trips and complete settlement procedures with the accounting department.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors (translating/translating English documents, ...)
