JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assistant to the CEO in the Business segment. Receive contracts, documents from the Sales Department, review the contents before submitting to the CEO for approval.
- Support and follow up the work progress of the sales department, negotiate and sign contracts with customers.
- Coordinating with the sales department to update the information of partners and business representatives who report and ask for direction from the Board of Directors to give directions to solve problems arising during the work process. .
- Monitor the progress of contract performance and support the Accounting Department in debt collection with customers.
- Drafting contracts, acceptance, settlement and transaction documents with customers
- Communicate the information of the General Director to relevant departments and divisions and send feedback directly to the General Director.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors.
- At least 01 year of experience in the position of Sales Assistant... in real estate, construction...
- Youthful appearance, good looking, agile, active language.
- Able to work under high pressure, dynamic, enthusiastic, sharp thinking..
