- Receipt of goods supply requests from customers via phone, email. Make quotation as required to send to customers
- Directly execute contracts, make orders, contact customers
- Understand the contract content: details of goods, contract value, handover schedule, payment, warranty-maintenance, terms...
- Prepare delivery notes according to orders and contracts
- Directly check the quantity and quality of goods to be shipped to the forwarding department
- Related office work
- Report and summarize the work situation weekly, monthly
- Perform duties as requested by the Leader
