Exploiting needs, listening and sharing, providing the most suitable solutions for customers in the field of health care and beauty.
Consulting, guiding, supporting and answering customer questions via phone, Zalo, Fanpage so that customers can choose the most suitable solution and use the product most effectively to bring customers good health.
Call customers, visit customers when they use the product. Resolve customer complaints promptly, effectively and flexibly. Closely follow up on unresolved customer requests. Answer questions and resolve customer problems confidently.
Coordinate with Marketing department in writing articles, building promotional programs, after-sales, enhancing image, developing brands, products and online sales channels.
Build customer trust by storing and securing customer information. Resolve customer issues professionally.
