Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Support the Human Resources Administration Department to manage HR Department activities;
Directly manage activities related to recruitment, training, administration, and reception;
Support in building human resources and department budget according to annual development orientation from the Head of Human Resources Administration and the Board of Directors;
Monitor human resource utilization (including office personnel and station personnel), plan and develop human resources. Advise the City in coordinating human resources;
Support in the process of developing salary and bonus regulations, measures to encourage and stimulate employees to work, and implement benefits for employees;
Build an evaluation system and organize training for employees. Monitor and evaluate post-training results;
Propose measures to increase work efficiency and human resource development strategies;
Building and implementing corporate culture into the working environment;
Build, adjust and amend the organizational structure, functions and tasks of departments/divisions in the Company;
Plan and organize and supervise the implementation of security and order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire and explosion prevention.
Coordinate with administrative department to perform common tasks.
