JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Production planning and coordination.
• Monitor production progress, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure productivity and quality.
• Synthesize, analyze and report production results periodically.
• Participate in process improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs and risks.
• Monitor factory operations and handle issues promptly.
• Support in preparing documents, welcoming guests, partners and factory assessment/certification sessions.
• Support in proposing equipment and machinery for production; participate in developing investment plans to upgrade production lines.
• Coordinate recruitment, training and development of human resources at the Factory.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Factory Director.

REQUEST:

• College degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working in a food factory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, good English communication.
• Have systemic thinking, ability to cover production process and factory operation.
• Effective planning, progress monitoring and problem solving skills.
• Careful, agile, flexible, good communication.
• Proactive, decisive, progressive and innovative.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality management, ISO and personnel training.
