1. Clinical Project Management Support:

• Participate in planning, organizing and implementing clinical trials.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and assist in analyzing results of clinical studies.
• Ensure trials comply with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory requirements.

2. Research Coordination and Support:

• Collaborate with research groups, hospitals, clinics and partners to implement projects.
• Manage clinical research related documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support internal training and update information on products/projects to relevant teams.

3. Analysis and Reporting:

• Synthesize and analyze data from clinical trials, make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare progress reports, test results and present to Director.
• Propose strategic solutions based on clinical research results.

4. Support for Management and Business Work:

• Participate in meetings with partners and customers to update project information.
• Monitor and support business development activities related to new pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals and industry professionals.

5. Administrative Management:

• Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule and support time management for Director.
• Prepare documents, presentations and other administrative tasks as required.
• Monitor project KPIs and report directly to the Director.
