Assist the director in scheduling and conducting scheduled work. Support life issues for the director's work such as booking airline tickets, booking rooms for business trips.
Act as a bridge between the boss and the departments. Receive and communicate the boss's requirements to departments and personnel. Report the work results of departments and personnel back to the boss.
Monitor the progress of work from the departments, promptly update the boss. Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports of the company at the request of the boss.
Support internal affairs such as: Human resources, company culture organization, budget resources, etc.
Support external affairs such as: Receiving partners at the airport, booking hotel rooms, ordering flowers, etc
In addition, the assistant director can also contribute ideas, advise the boss in planning, make urgent decisions on behalf of the boss when the boss is absent.
