Job description :

• Receive and handle calls from customers to the company;
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing letters, documents, dispatches, and files;
• Drafting, printing, binding documents, contracts, files;
• Carry out the storage and preservation of all documents, papers, invoices, contracts, etc. of the company;
• Regularly contact accountants to receive and provide information and data;
• Contact service providers and purchase office supplies;
• Perform other duties as required.

Request:

• College degree or higher;
• Have knowledge of office administration;
• Have good technical skills;
• Have good communication skills;
• Knowing foreign languages is an advantage;
