Section 1: Business Operation Support (60%)
- Time: 3 days a week around 9am - 5pm but can be flexible with schedule and leave early when finished
- Direct operations management in the accommodation business area
- Ensure accommodation hygiene standards, work quality of cleaning and laundry team
- Welcome guests, support check-in and checkout for customers
- Maintain good relationships with relevant departments in the business area
- Research your competitors, stay up to date with industry news - get detailed instructions on how to do it later
Section 2: Building new products and communicating for personal brands (40%)
- Time: remaining - the team will meet once a week
- Research the real estate market, arrange appointments for Founders to survey the market
- Support building personal Tik Tok channel, recording videos and editing - Open to newbies because the founder with previous expertise in marketing can guide carefully if you want to learn more about this field
- Support setting up new accommodation products, participate in product photo shoots
