Job Description

• Assist the main teacher in English classes, including guiding students, answering questions and facilitating group activities.
• Participate in preparing textbooks, teaching materials and supplementary exercises as required by teachers.
• Support classroom management, monitor student progress and report back to teachers.
• Help organize extracurricular activities, events or workshops related to English learning.
• Edit assignments, review and provide feedback to students as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by teachers or center managers.
• Support posting English-related information on the center's website, setting up LMS exercises on the center's LMS system.
• Propose/recommend programs and plans to improve quality within the assigned classroom.
