a. Planning and building a Trade Marketing strategy
- Plan and set goals for trade channels.
- Develop strategies to attract customers.
- Planning and implementing positioning and branding for the company.
- Ideas to display products at the point of sale to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Plan and organize events to attract customers.
b. Organize and implement Trade Marketing activities as planned
- Proposing and organizing branding activities of the system, including and not limited to promotions, advertising, sponsorship...; for the purpose of meeting and increasing revenue.
- Point of sale management (including budgeting, design, logistics, etc.)
- Receive quotation, production proposal, installation supervision, acceptance of advertising materials/materials at the point of sale (POSM, Merchandising ...)
- Participate in comments, corrections, and support to update content related to the company's products and industries.
- Contributing ideas for the Company's marketing events and campaigns.
- Participate in supporting company events (HR, event, business).
c. Other jobs:
- Report to the Marketing Manager on the effectiveness of category strategy and brand strategy for trade channels.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Head of Department, the Board of Directors.
