Job Description

    A/ WORK TO BE DONE

    1/ Collect information from advertising/communication/branding businesses and the market to analyze advertising/branding/communication market reports in Vietnam, purchasing and usage trends, and competitors' trade marketing methods.

    2/ Act as a bridge to provide technical advice on the company's products to customers.

    3/ Develop a marketing strategy development plan based on the company's brand development orientation.

    4/ Develop and implement marketing programs to serve sales goals and content to ensure the superiority of the company's products compared to competitors.

    5/ Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

    6/ Coordinate with other departments in the company and business entities to optimize business results.

    7/ Monitor and evaluate the company's marketing activities and continuously propose ideas to develop the company's brand/products.

    8/ Prepare periodic reports weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly.

    B/ PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management.
    • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of Trade Marketing experience or 1-2 years in a Marketing and Sales role (including manufacturing and service).
    • Ability to read, process and analyze large amounts of data.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills .
    • Ability to think logically, critically and proactively in self-learning new knowledge.
    • Good negotiation and bargaining skills with customers.
    • Sharp and decisive, creative in problem solving .
    • Good interpretation and presentation skills .
    • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools etc.
    • Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and in good physical condition.
