Deploy and control the quality of work in each field as follows:
- On-site Sales & MKT segment:
+ Organize and deploy sales activities on site (room, MICE, F&B & other related services such as tourdesk, tour, laundry etc.) to ensure completion of allotted targets.
+ Review and control the completion of the revenue target of each segment according to the target allocated to the establishment.
- Lobby segment (reception, customer care)
+ Control the speed of check-in, check-out; Research to increase employee productivity, increase customer satisfaction at check-in, check-out.
+ At peak hours, the General Manager of the Hotel needs to be present at crowded places to control the quality of service such as lower-level managers and support staff to handle problems.
- Culinary segment:
+ Control attitude, quality and speed of customer service.
+ Quality control of dishes, presentation and decoration of dishes according to approved standards.
+ Control the sound, light, decoration of the restaurant
+ Control food hygiene and safety in the kitchen, food display area
- Room segment:
+ Quality control of cleaning, standards set up in all areas.
+ Control decoration, trees, furniture to ensure 5-star image quality in special areas of hotel and restaurant lobby
+ Check the probability of 5-7 living rooms, all public areas, especially WCs. Pay attention to check the nooks and crannies where it is less noticeable.
- Technical area:
+ Check the probability of status and quality of technical systems directly serving customers
- Security - Safety:
+ Strictly control fire protection systems, compliance with fire protection regulations at all points of the hotel.
+ Strictly control the operation of the rescue department, ensure they work seriously, rescue and rescue in time.
- Landscape and garden segment:
+ Controlling the planting and taking care of plants according to the approved hotel standards (if not, they must coordinate with the HO Setup department to do and submit immediately)
+ Control hygiene, lighting, no damage, scarring, breakage in these areas.
- Transportation Services & Entertainment:
+ Strictly control the customer's transit time, do not keep customers waiting (especially pay attention to the quality of the train to ensure the 5-star quality of the service).
+ Collaborate with HO to build a portfolio of entertainment services, set standards for its hotel and control the quality and efficiency of service delivery by the hotel and its partners.
