1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for monitoring and managing the activities of the Vegetables/Fruits department during the shift;
- Supervising, managing and preserving raw materials, food and goods;
- Organize and arrange a clean, tidy and scientific working area
- Supervising, coordinating and urging the preparation of goods and food, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery;
- Ensure the preliminary processing and packaging of food in the correct manner, quantity, food hygiene and safety as required;
- Training kitchen skills for pre-processing staff. Monitor and evaluate the work efficiency of preliminaries during the working shift;
- Support Manager to solve problems arising in the kitchen during the working shift;
- Coordinating with Warehouse department to grasp the quantity of goods in stock and re-order, ensuring enough goods according to the set plan;
- Regularly exchange between departments, handle problems and improve work efficiency;
- Report on the operation of the preliminary processing department to the Manager;
- Perform other duties as requested by Manager.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Working shift: 8.5 hours/day as arranged by the Manager (with a 30-minute break between shifts);
- Male / Female in working age 25-35 years old;
- Having at least 1 year of experience in the position of team leader / shift leader in F&B related industries;
- Understanding of fruits and vegetables;
- Serious attitude and dedication to the profession;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Process and reporting skills;
- Good office computer skills.
- Able to arrange working hours according to the arrangement of the Manager.
