Job Description

• Receive processing orders from production manager, foreman. Weekly production planning for the department.
• Deploy work, supervise outsourcing at the request of upper management.
• Estimate materials and tools to meet production according to the plan.
• Responsible for preserving and distributing equipment and tools to employees under their management, avoiding loss and damage to Company assets.
• Responsible for checking and monitoring work progress.
• Monitor compliance with internal rules and regulations of subordinates.
• Guide and train new employees; Provide guidance to junior staff when required.
• Ensure 5S implementation at work area.
• Other requirements of upper management.
