Job Description:

• Search and select candidate profiles that match the recruitment criteria of the departments.
• Carry out recruitment process, selection, call to book interviews, ... (Training upon employment)
• Administrative and personnel work assigned and instructed by superiors.
• Complete KPI targets set by team leader and department head.
• Directly participate in Human Resources department activities (Recruitment, Employer Branding).
• Proactively propose new implementation plans and ideas to the Leader.
