• 05 people (02 Male, 03 Female)
• Priority given to new graduates or about to graduate

Job Description:

• Post job ads on recruitment platforms, social networks, Facebook groups...
• Search, filter profiles and contact suitable candidates for each position.
• Call candidates for preliminary interviews over the phone.
• Analyze and research the positions that are being recruited to create appropriate recruitment content.
• Arrange interview schedules, support HR department during interview process and receive candidates.
• Synthesize and report daily/weekly recruitment progress.
• Other tasks assigned by human resources manager.

Request:

• No experience required.
• Love jobs related to recruitment and human resources.
• Good communication skills, proactive, enthusiastic and responsible.
• Have a personal laptop and be proficient in using basic online tools (Zalo, Google Sheet...).
• Priority is given to students majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
