Our platform supports primarily 3 business models, namely Business-To-Agents/Brokers (B2A), Business-To-Customers (B2C), as well as Micro Insurance (B2B2C).

Support posting job ads on appropriate platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Job boards, etc.).

Search, screen and approach potential candidates according to recruitment requirements.

Arrange interview schedule, support candidate follow-up before and after interview.

Participate in building and updating candidate database.

Support the organization of internal cultural programs.

Perform other tasks assigned by the official HR.
