Job duties
- Receive recruitment requests, analyze job descriptions;
- Generate candidate sources; CV screening; contact, arrange interview schedules and support candidate reception;
- Manage candidate data sources;
- Directly support recruitment work;
- Participate in the process of contributing ideas, supporting the implementation of projects to create resources and build recruitment branding.
Candidate requirements
- Work at least 5 times/week;
- Have personal laptop;
- Have passion and clear direction in recruitment or human resources;
- Be proactive, have a spirit of learning, and have high responsibility in work;
- Spirit of readiness to conquer challenges, not afraid of difficulties;
