- Support the department's Recruitment work (90%):
+ Post jobs, filter resumes, manage candidate information, support interviews and summarize interview results.
+ Coordinate with members of the Human Resources department to communicate the recruitment brand.
- Human Resources support (10%):
+ Monitor and draft probationary contracts and official contracts, coordinate with department heads in periodic personnel evaluation. Support the organization of internal activities: birthdays, holiday parties, and Company events.
