Participate in the entire recruitment process: posting, searching and screening applications, contacting and arranging interviews.
Support preliminary interviews and implement company-oriented recruitment activities.
Collect and synthesize monthly timekeeping, KPI, and salary reports.
Support candidates in completing the job acceptance and onboarding process.
Perform other administrative and personnel tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
34 year students or recent graduates in the following majors: Human Resources, Economics, Law, Administration, and Clerical.
Meticulous, careful, responsible and supportive of the team.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel; knowing how to use Base is an advantage.
Priority is given to candidates with internship experience in HR, Recruitment or Administration.
