Find out customer needs and choose the right consultant for each customer

Build and develop relationships with customers through customer care activities, incentive programs and promotions to expand the existing customer base

Participate in meetings, training programs and coordinate training activities at branches to improve productivity and sales efficiency

Contribute ideas and participate in building business plans for each stage; Planning; Monthly/quarterly/yearly budget for business activities
