Job Description

• Participate in training courses, workshops and seminars of the Company.
• Search for potential customers, call to consult insurance products.
• Support customers in preparing documents according to the conditions of each type of insurance.
• Customer care before and after purchasing insurance products: resolve all customer questions, complaints and problems.
• Support logistics, coordinate events, customer appreciation seminars organized by the company (Friday evening or on Saturday, Sunday, frequency 2 times/month).
