- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update daily information related to tour groups as assigned.
- Coordinate service bookings and work with suppliers to implement tour programs according to company procedures and regulations.
- Updating and managing data to support tour operations and implementation.
- Assisting in tour planning and organization: Participating in the development, preparation, and supervision of tour programs as assigned by the operations department.
- Support working with suppliers: Coordinate the booking of accommodation, meals, and transportation services to ensure service quality according to the established program.
- Assisting with updating and archiving tour records: Preparing and completing tour-related documents and paperwork.
- Administrative support: Participate in drafting contracts and quotations, and perform other tasks as directed by the manager.
- Receive training and on-the-job mentoring tailored to each specific position.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and Department Head.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Tourism, Tourism & Travel Service Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Possesses specialized knowledge in tourism (no experience required; intensive training will be provided).
- Ambitious, sociable, and cheerful.
- Knowing English is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, eager to learn, quick-witted, and good at handling situations.
- Careful, honest, and responsible.
