The projects you will be involved in:
- Rebuilding the website and brand identity: involvement from information architecture, student segmentation, product page structure to performance measurement.
- Standardize training programs: review existing courses, develop a set of completion criteria (Definition of Done) for training content, and identify quality gaps.
- Introducing the AI Training course: participate in content design, market approach planning, and feedback collection during the first month after launch.
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Opportunities & career development path:
- Months 0–3: Participate in key projects, learn the fundamentals, and observe your strengths to determine a suitable specialization track.
- March — a soft evaluation point: jointly review the level of compatibility, adjust the direction of development, or part ways respectfully.
- June — the official evaluation point: if the results are sufficiently mature — based on the implemented product, output quality, and ability to work independently — you will receive an offer to be promoted to Junior Business Engineer with a salary of 12–15 million VND/month.
If it didn't work out, it simply means the two of you aren't a good fit at this time. This isn't a conclusion about your abilities or potential. We parted ways amicably, and you're welcome to reapply in the next round.
