☘️Job description:
1. Update emails daily to receive and process information
2. Manage, report, estimate and receive stationery
3. Prepare and complete daily briefing reports
4. Timekeeping and meal marking for all staff in the department
5. Develop, edit and supplement technical processes and regulations related to the scope of work
6. Perform other tasks when assigned by the Hospital/Department Head.
Request:
1. Education level: Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine and Pharmacy
2. Necessary knowledge: Knowledge related to secretarial and medical administration
3. Good VP skills: Word, Excel, PP
4. Ability to communicate/Translate documents into English (Required)
5. Work experience: Have 01 year of experience or more in a similar position.
