- Receive, classify, arrange, process information, documents, and materials from Departments and summarize before submitting to the General Director.
- Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule, business trip schedule; prepare related documents for each specific job.
- Communicate information from the General Director to relevant Departments and Divisions, assist the General Director in supervising the implementation of work and plans of the departments.
- Draft, edit and process written documents such as emails, reports and other documents as directed by the General Director.
- Join the General Director in internal meetings and meetings with partners and customers.
- Carry out logistics for the General Director's business trips (contact partners, book air tickets, accommodation, other related procedures, etc.).
- Perform other tasks as directed by the General Director.

- Professional qualifications: University degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Chemical Engineering.

- Foreign language: Fluent English. Priority given to those who know Chinese.

- Good word processing skills, proficient in office software
