- Build, expand and develop customer network/sales channel to develop business and increase market dominance.
- Research trends, grasp the fashion and apparel market to plan strategic products and propose appropriate policies to boost sales.
- Negotiate and handle issues arising with customers.
- Building organizational structure, recruiting and training business personnel.
- Manage and be directly responsible for the operation and development of the business department. Periodically analyze and report business activities to the General Director.
