Assist the Director in planning, organizing and supervising the daily operations of the Institute.
Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule, prepare documents and take meeting minutes for the Director.
Synthesize, analyze and report information related to training activities, international cooperation, and communications of relevant departments at the Institute.
Coordinate with departments to organize and coordinate activities with the Director's participation.
Support working with domestic and foreign partners: contract comparison, document preparation, document translation.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Director.
Candidate requirements
University degree in Administration, Foreign Languages, Education or related fields.
Candidates under: 35 years old
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to those with experience in the education and training sector.
Good organizational, time management and communication skills.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), experience working with foreign partners is preferred.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
