Job Description

JOB DETAILS
• Drafting and archiving documents: meeting minutes, construction diary, quality records, acceptance, drawings, contract appendices, etc.
• Record daily construction progress and report to superiors.
• Summary of timesheets, materials, machinery, and personnel working at the construction site.
• Coordinate the purchase of materials and stationery for the project.
• Manage project documents, acceptance reports, payment documents, purchase and sales data entry.
• Prepare documents for construction permit, electricity and water supply, labor safety.
• Arrange meeting schedule and notify relevant parties.
• Update personnel list, issue protective gear, track documents related to occupational safety.
• Manage meal and taxi expenses
• Other tasks as required by superiors.
