- Manage personnel and warehouse assets delivered by the company.
- Arrange the mobilization of staff and loading vehicles from customer warehouses to the company warehouse.
- Manage all warehoused goods: arrange storage/vehicles and containers; cranes unload goods; count quantity and condition.
- Have a plan available to suit the delivery schedule/receipt time of customers returning goods along the way or urgently at both ends of the North and South.
