- Job details:

• Manage, store, and organize goods in the warehouse in accordance with GDP regulations.
• Perform regular inventory receiving, dispatching, and reconciliation.
• Monitor expiration dates, batch numbers, storage conditions, and product quality in the warehouse.
• Control inventory records and documents and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
• Monitor compliance with quality management processes, GDP, and internal regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in the inspection and evaluation of goods quality.
• Participate in handling non-conforming goods, goods nearing expiration, and damaged goods according to regulations.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on storage and quality control procedures.
• Prepare inventory reports, product quality reports, and other reports as requested by the Board of Directors.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from Pharmacy University.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management or QA/QC.
• Understanding GDP, GSP, and quality management regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in inventory management, stock control, and quality record keeping.
• Careful, honest, responsible, and possessing good work management skills.
