This position requires meticulousness and carefulness in every stitch, and also requires the ability to absorb and perfect techniques to meet high quality standards.

Main tasks :

Make pants or shirts according to technical requirements and factory standards.

Participate in sample sewing stage, coordinate with technical department to create test samples before production.

Research and improve sewing techniques to enhance product sophistication, aesthetics and durability.

Participate in internal training sessions to exchange, share experiences and update sewing skills.

Ensure product progress and quality, comply with production processes, maintain machinery and working tools.

Priority is given to candidates under 40 years old with experience in sewing pants or shirts.
