Job Description

work content
• Perform work according to production orders on the Base system;
• Operate 1-color, 2-color, 4-color screen printing machine;
• Mix colors according to sample or pantone, take pictures of the board, clean the board;
• Adjust printer and ink to suit each product type.
• Carry out daily, monthly, quarterly and annual machinery maintenance checks;
• Control the quality of printed finished products to ensure color, quality & performance;
• Propose options to improve screen printing and provide perfect printing techniques on materials;
• Clean the work area and assigned production machinery and equipment for preservation and use;
• Make daily/monthly work reports on the Base system & report by scanning QR codes;
• Support employee training and provide printing technical advice to superiors;
• Perform other related tasks.
